Weather Alert Subscription

In the event that the Weather Alert service fails and is unable to alert Subscriber about severe weather by telephone or e-mail due to but not limited to a power outage, delay from the National Weather Service in forwarding alerts to Weather Alert, computer server failure, hardware or software issues, any act of God (including, but not limited to, severe weather or natural disaster), any negligence by Subscriber, or communications network interruptions, then neither Weatherwatch Service nor any of its assignees, agents, representatives or successors will be held liable in any way for any damages (including, but not limited to, loss of life, loss of property, personal injury, emotional distress, breach of contract or under any other legal theory) to Subscriber and/or Subscriber’s agents, representatives, heirs or assignees. Likewise, neither Weatherwatch Service nor any of its assignees, agents, representatives or successors will be held liable in any way for any inconsistencies, errors, or ambiguities or other issues for any Weather Alert reports forwarded to Subscriber and Subscriber’s subscription to WeatherWatch Service constitutes notice to Subscriber as well as the Subscriber’s full knowledge of, agreement with all terms and provisions in this Disclaimer.
